Community

CrossFit Federal Hill is a place where fitness and community combine to form a welcoming atmosphere where people improve their lives, meet new friends, and become stronger and faster individuals.  Every class our goal is to educate, inspire and entertain.

Seriously, all that happens during every class. We also throw in a few sweet events that revolve around fitness, eating, and all around fun!

People often ask us what is CrossFit? It kinda intimidates me…Well instead of telling you just check out a few of our member stories below…

Check out what some of our members are saying….

SONY DSCShana- “For me, I was scared and intimidated BIG TIME, but I’ve found success by showing up everyday ready to work. I know that if I give it my all for one hour a day, I can live the life I want to live (fit, healthy, happy with my body). Don’t get me wrong, I have bad days, but I still show up, hide in the back with my 55lb bar, and go through the motions… And more times than not by the end of class I’m feeling better.”
