A few people have asked about setting up and ordering the Custom Fit Meals.  We are all ready to go live.  Just set up an account, pick your food out and it will be ready to pick up at the gym. Custom Fit Meals- Order HERE

Open Schedule

We will be running the open workouts at CFH on Saturdays at 11 am! We encourage everyone to sign up! And if you are registered we would like you to come on Saturdays at 11 am!

The workout of the day on Saturday will be the open WOD.  If you want to get judged and it is not during the 11 am class, please try to bring a friend in to judge you or make arrangements with a coach before you come in.

If you need to do the WOD on Friday or Sunday there needs to be at least ONE coach present while you do your workout.  There also needs to be a judge counting your reps.
